At a collective level, many of us are at this moment in time healing shame. This may come to you through an experience of false accusations, feeling diminished, feeling less, being patronized, talked to in a condescending manner.
Why now and how are we healing shame?
Shame has been deeply ingrained in all levels of society for hundreds of years. Even now, during the Olympic Games in Paris, the feeling of shame, of not being enough, or superiority of some over others is being highlighted. But really it manifests in all areas of life. An example that comes to mind is driving... and all the times I encounter angry drivers, "road rage", and that narcissistic template shining through behind the wheel. The rush - "my rush is more important than your rush".
The time to heal shame is now.
On a recent Akashic Records reading, the topic of shame came through:
"On The other spectrum of shame is self-love and self respect. Emotions are a spectrum. Something to experience and feel to the fullest, in both ways of the spectrum. In the middle there’s peace. The ultimate peace and presence. Self awareness.
As you arrive at your self awareness, your sense of self, there is no room for shame.
As you recognize and regain memories of who you truly are, there is no room for shame or guilt.
Transcending shame comes from that sense of knowing thyself".
The other things that is coming through is transcending this physical-only sense of self, and merging all aspects of self. The self that is operating in the non-physical space at the highest level of wisdom and knowing, and all the selves in between you and that aspect of you.
Bringing it down to this space, rather than escaping to that version of you for relief.
How do you integrate?
By the simple act of breathing into your heart, getting into your heart space. taking a pause. Whatever you are doing, whatever is happening. Breathe into your heart. Feel your body integrating. Feel your light body growing, becoming whole.
Everybody reading this piece of content has the innate ability to do this. If you are reading this, yes, you do! I'm not more, you are not less. We are. We are One. Oneness. We create the fabric of Oneness.
So beautifully stated. Thank You Julia for sharing!
